FasciApp (app.bodyawareness.ee) is provided by Integral Body Institute sp. z o.o., ul. Gipsowa 42, 25-752 Kielce, Poland (KRS 0000643440, NIP 9591978899, REGON 365695077) ("IBI", "we"). Contact: contact@integralbodyinstitute.com. By creating an account or using FasciApp you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
FasciApp is a free directory where bodywork and breathwork practitioners can list themselves on a map, with a private session log and in-app messaging for signed-in users. Browsing the map needs no account. We may change, pause or end features; where this materially affects you we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Give a valid email address, keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account has been misused. One account per person; you are responsible for activity in your account.
Your listing is public only if you choose "Show me publicly on the map". You are solely responsible for its accuracy (name, contacts, locations, photo, tags, bio) and for your own practice: qualifications, any required licences or registrations, insurance, taxes and compliance with local law.
MER and BBTRS badges. Training badges such as MER or BBTRS are self-declared. Only claim a training you have actually completed. MER, BBTRS and Integral Body Institute names and logos belong to IBI or their owners; do not use them in a misleading way or outside what your training allows. We may remove false or misleading claims.
IBI does not employ, recommend, endorse or supervise practitioners. Any session, booking or payment is an agreement only between the client and the practitioner; IBI is not a party to it and is not responsible for it.
FasciApp does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Bodywork and breathwork are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or are unsure, talk to a doctor first. Practitioners must not claim that their work cures, treats or heals any disease or medical condition.
The session log is a private tool for your own practice. Your clients' data belongs to them, and you are the controller of it under the GDPR. Enter client initials only (max. 4 characters), date and duration. Do not enter names, health details or any note that could identify a client or reveal their health. Our data-processing terms for this content are in section 15. Exports (PDF or email) are created on your device and sent through your own email app; you are responsible for where you send them.

Messages are private between sender and recipient. IBI does not read them, except the messages concerned when we handle a report or where the law requires it.
To report a listing, message or other content you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, email contact@integralbodyinstitute.com with: where the content is (e.g. the practitioner's name and location, or the message), why you think it is illegal or against these terms, your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material), and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm receipt, review reports diligently and objectively, and tell you our decision. This address is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (English or Polish).
We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, in proportion to the problem. We will give the affected user a clear statement of reasons (what we did, why, and on what basis) unless the law prevents it or it is clearly spam, and you can contest the decision by replying to contact@integralbodyinstitute.com. We may suspend users who repeatedly post clearly illegal content or send clearly unfounded reports. You can delete your listing or session entries at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@integralbodyinstitute.com.
You keep ownership of what you add. You give IBI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and reproduce your listing content (including your photo) inside FasciApp, only for running and showing the directory, for as long as it is in the app. You confirm you have the right to upload it (e.g. permission from the photographer).
FasciApp is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or of the accuracy of listings. To the extent the law allows, IBI is not liable for indirect losses, for content created by users, or for the conduct of practitioners or users. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury where the law does not allow this, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
FasciApp may later offer paid features. These will be governed by separate terms, which you will see and accept before buying. These terms do not oblige you to pay anything.
We may update these terms, for example for legal changes or new features. We will tell account holders about material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts competent under the statutory rules; consumers can always sue in their home country.
For the client data you enter in your session log, you are the controller and IBI processes it only on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). IBI: processes it only to store and show it to you and to provide the log, on your documented instructions given through the app's functions; ensures that its staff are bound by confidentiality; applies appropriate security (EU hosting, encryption in transit, access limited to your account); uses Supabase as a sub-processor (you authorise this and any future sub-processor, of which we will notify you in this policy so that you can object by closing your account); helps you, where possible, to respond to data subject requests and with security and breach duties; tells you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting the log; deletes the data when you delete entries or your account; and gives you the information needed to show compliance. You must have a lawful basis for recording your clients' data and inform your clients about it.
